Property Management - Perfect Stays

At Perfect Stays we usually offer two options for property management:

Short-term guest accommodation (Airbnb-style bookings)
Or medium to long-term tenancies.

Our boutique Property Management business focuses on providing personalised service to our clients.

Whether you prefer long-term tenancy leases or short- to medium-term rentals, we have experience managing both styles of arrangements.

Our team is dedicated to taking care of every aspect of property management. From cleaning the properties and maintaining the gardens to handling administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and guest management, we ensure your property is well-maintained and managed efficiently.

We have established relationships with various homeware stores across New Zealand, allowing us to source high-quality linen, cookware, and furniture at competitive rates. This ensures that your property is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, whether it’s a short-term rental or a long-term lease.

In addition, we have relationships with Eco Store or Real World for cleaning and guest products. These partnerships enable us to provide a range of options for you to add that special touch to your property, at an affordable price.

Currently, we manage a portfolio of 50 properties, with approximately half of these on short-term management and the other half on standard tenancy leases.
