Need help styling your property?
Alongside providing accommodation and property management, we also offer Interior Design Consultation. Ella Fitzgerald (Ellabobella Design) can help with interior advice to style your accomodation property.
Ella is a Graphic Designer and Interior Design Consultant. He passion is clean lines, beautiful textures, simplicity at it’s best. It is important to Ella that aethetics do not get in the way of practicality, rather support and embelish simple form.
She can offer guidance with a few options from an initial in home consultation to inspire with spacial ideas to get you going, or she is able to provide a concept document with moodboard, basic concept plan and possible furnture options and layout options. She is also able to offer follow-on services suggesting furnishing options
We had the pleasure of working with Ella as our Interior Designer in the recent build of our house and would have no hesitation in highly recommending her services. She instantly understood our aesthetic, was a fantastic communicator and delivered ideas we loved. Ella will come to your property and suggest possible changes to layout,
furniture, soft furnishings, colour scheme, window treaments and anything
else that may apply to the spacial design of your home/property.
$100 + gst p/h (exluding travel)

+ DESIGN PACKAGE
In home/ On site Design Consultation. *
Moodboards
Simple plan of room/space with furniture placement*
Concept drawings (where necessary)
Ability to access trades and contacts
Option 1: Living/Dining/Kitchen area $500 +gst
Option 2: Full house (Living/Dining/Kitchen + bathroom + 3 bedroom) $1000 + gst

* If you access to floor plans please provide, or I will provide a simple plan.
If you need speicified/drafted plans this service can be provided at additional cost.
+ ADD ON SERVICES
Ella can offer follow on services which can include:
Furniture and soft furnishing specifying (for example: cushions from Citta,
light fixutre from Nightworks Studio….)
Organising trades to carryout work needed.
Continued support and consultation after initial consultation or design
package.
